You are responsible for it, and the auction company will not be held liable for any reason. In case of a tie bid, the auctioneer reserves the right to open up bidding between the two parties to determine the highest bidder. 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all items sold, without exception. All items must be paid for on Auction Day. NO exceptions! Items not picked up by the following Wednesday evening will be sold in the next auction.
