New Years Day Live Auction
We have a really good live New Years Day auction lined up for you! The building will be open for preview at 9:00am and the auction will start at 11:00am. We’ll be serving black-eyed peas and cornbread!
We will start reserving seats on December 26th.

Online auction closing soon & Live Estate auction
We have a great online auction closing Wednesday the 22nd. It’s a soft close staring at 7:00pm. Preview available the day of from 2:00 – 5:00pm.
We also have a live estate auction in New Hope, just east of McKinney, on Saturday June 8th at 9:00am. You don’t want to miss this one! Lots of great finds!

This great online only auction will run while the auction house is closed for the winter. Please read all auction info! Come to a special preview at 138 Main St. – Farmersville, TX 75442 on Wednesday, March 20th from 1pm to 5pm. *** Only 1 Penny Bidding Online Auction *** Pick up at 138 S. The second is a McKinney Estate Live Auction Saturday, March 16th @ 9am – Another Great Live Auction SATURDAY, March 16th at 9:00am Sharp. We’ve been contracted to sell a complete estate, trucks, trailers, tools, furniture, yard items, household items, and even a full-size windmill! An auction not to miss!! Located on the east side of McKinney on the north side of Hwy 380. Actual address will be posted on the morning of the auction preview, due to family in the house until then. Absentee bids will be brought to the live auction to compete against floor bidders during the live auction.
